Legal Advisor - Laureen Jones Mullins
Laureen was born in Washington, D.C., attended St. Stephen's & St. Agnes School, Alexandria, VA., graduated 1974 and was named Who's Who Among American High School Students.  She attended Boston College, Chestnut Hill, MA. 1974-1978 and made the Dean's List. She then graduated Cum Laude-BA/Speech Theater. Laureen  is the founder of UMOJA, a creative dance and theater organization at Boston College.  She attended Howard University School of Law, Washington, D.C. 1981-1984 and was named Earl Warren Legal Scholar.  Laureen received Outstanding Young Women of America award. In October 1984 , she was admitted to the Virginia State Bar and in June 1992, she was admitted to the Maryland State Bar.  In 1988, she established the Law Office of Laureen J. Mullins, focusing on Family law, Personal Injury, Estate Planning & Small Businesses; Providing over 30 years of legal services to the residents of Prince George’s County.  Laureen is a member of the Prince George's County Bar Association and the Family Law Committee. She serves as a Best Interest Attorney and a Trustee for the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County. In 2019 she received the Bold Woman in Family Award from Victory Grace Center where Dr. Jasmin Sculark is Senior Pastor. She is also a member of the Ola T. Clay Stewardess Board at Ebenezer AME Church in Ft. Washington, MD, and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.




Founder, CEO - Christella
Christella, a native of Jersey City, NJ, is an educator and entrepreneur who loves God, loves family, and has a passion to see youths and young adults mature into productive, God-fearing citizens. Christella received a Bachelor of Music Education degree from Howard University (Washington, DC) and a Master of Education Administration degree from Grand Canyon University (Phoenix, AZ). Currently residing in Maryland, Christella serves as the programs developer for Kingdom Citizens Youth Empowerment, Inc.

SRB Member - Kimberlei Richardson, Ph.D
Dr. Kimberlei Richardson, a native of Atlanta Georgia, earned her BS in chemistry from Howard University in 1996. After graduating from Howard, Dr. Richardson enrolled at the Howard University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences where she earned her PhD in Pharmacology. Dr. Richardson later conducted postdoctoral training in neuropharmacology and drug addiction at Johns Hopkins Hospital and the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC). During her postdoctoral training, she was the recipient of the Grass Foundation Fellowship, the American Psychological Association Neuroscience Fellowship, and the MUSC award for outstanding research. Dr. Richardson is a tenured Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at Howard University College of Medicine. Since joining the faculty, she has been awarded the Charles and Mary Latham Trust Award and NIH funding for biomedical research. Additionally, she is a member of several professional societies and organizations. Dr. Richardson is a faithful member of Greater Mt. Calvary Holy Church in Washington, DC, where she serves in several ministries.
SRB Member - Nichelle Johnson​
Nichelle Johnson is a public health professional with a passion for working to reduce health disparities in communities of color and improving the wellbeing of children in underserved communities. Nichelle is a two-time graduate of Howard University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Public Health degrees. Currently, Nichelle is the Wellbeing Team Coordinator and Community Health Educator for the Kids Mobile Medical Clinic/Ronald McDonald Care Mobile (KMMC/RMCM) within the Division of Community Pediatrics at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. In her role, Nichelle coordinates the work of a multidisciplinary team consisting of a registered dietitian, social worker, family services coordinator, and pediatric psychiatrist to address the social determinants of health among the patients and families of KMMC/RMCM. Additionally, Nichelle is an ordained Elder at Greater Mt. Calvary Holy Church in Washington, DC where she serves under the leadership of Archbishop Alfred A. Owens, Jr. and Dr. Susie C. Owens.
